How and when can I access the program?

What are the workouts like?

There are 3 phases to the Strong Momma workout program, starting with the most simple exercises (mostly mat exercises focused on your breath and core control) and progressing with each phase (the final phase includes resistance training that can be adapted to whatever equipment you have: bands/dumbbells/or your baby). You should expect to spend about 2 hours per week on your workouts, they are daily at first, but you get several rest days/week as the workouts get harder.

What support do I get while going through the program?

You will get lots of support through messaging with Dr. Jade and Coach Kennedy on the Trainerize app and weekly group calls with your coaches and all of the other moms in the program.

Can I do this if I have prolapse/diastasis recti/PCOS/endometriosis/arthritis etc?

This program is safe for women with these conditions and modifications can easily be made if an exercise isn't feeling right for your body. That's what the support is for! Your coaches will teach you how to recognize what an exercise should feel like, and what sensations to avoid when exercising. If you have questions, just send us a message to ask!

How early/late postpartum can I start the program?

The Phase 1 exercises are very gentle and safe to perform as early as 3 weeks postpartum, but always check with your doctor if you are unsure.

If you are later in motherhood, even several years postpartum, that is totally fine too! Everyone has a different timeline, and the program can still benefit you.
